    The day is going on...

    每周至少一次排面变动，不知道何时才是个头
    做活动，现在感觉到厌烦
    没有准备好的活动总是不会成功的，所以不想轻易的尝试
    半个月的准备是至少的
    也许这次是成功的，可下次究竟又该做什么呢？
    好像我真的还没有思路，给我一点时间好吗？
    我不知道是不是我太傻，连续两周，放弃了自己半天的休息
    忙着很多事情，却还是有很多事情排着队，做不完，却也难忘掉
    很无奈这个月又轮到一次面对老板的面谈
    回顾半年的业绩，一切以数据说话
    老板总是说，没有什么特别好的，却能指出很多不足的地方
    习惯了吧，也不会很在意，至少也能听进去一些
    继续努力吧，虽然我不是最好的，可是我很努力吧
    对得起自己，That's ok.

    后来自己管理部门了才开始慢慢的学习一些管理方面的东西
    其实也是有道理的，因为如果你连基本的东西都不知道你是无法要求和管理好下面的人的
    所以啦，你现在的状态就是要先学，因为每一点对你来说都是新鲜的
